Our Story

Jessalyn and Adrian are Raleigh-based construction, engineering and real estate professionals with nearly 40 years of combined experience in the building industry. They share a passion for building homes, trust, relationships, and lasting value for their clients.

Adrian contributes over 20 years of hands-on construction expertise. His journey began as a mason and grew into the CEO and founder of a highly regarded subcontracting firm in the Triangle, leading him to understand craftsmanship at every level. Fluent in Spanish and English, Adrian is known for his ability to lead teams with clarity and foster strong client relationships. Outside of work, you’ll find him outdoors or creating adventures with his two daughters.

Jessalyn studied engineering at North Carolina State University before beginning her career in The Big Apple. Now a licensed engineer, general contractor, and real estate broker, she brings nearly 20 years of expertise, a love for quality design, and a detail-driven approach. (Yes, she truly loves a good spreadsheet.) As a single mom raising two boys, resilience and determination are at the core of everything she does.

Together, Jessalyn and Adrian bring the balance of vision and execution, design and durability, and planning and performance allowing them to execute and deliver products built with integrity and care.
